Some crosswords are better shared. Solve together lets you invite a friend into the daily you've just started. They join with your letters already in, and from then on you both write into the same grid, watching each other's answers appear as you go.
Your word is yours
The moment your friend picks a clue, its squares turn lavender on your screen and only they can write there. No more two people scribbling over the same answer. Where your words cross, the shared square is open to you both, so you can still help each other out.
There's no timer and no score. Every word is checked the moment it's full, and a wrong one costs nothing: just try again. You share three letter reveals for the ones that won't budge, and when the last square falls, you've solved it together.
How to start
Open today's daily, tap Solve together and pick a friend. Solving together is free for everyone. Past crosswords can be shared when you both have Premium. A shared solve stays off the leaderboards, so your ranking is safe. Prefer to solve alone? Switch off Allow Solve together in your Profile.
