By using Crossword Capital ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of Service

The Service provides crossword puzzles for entertainment. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to exploit, manipulate, or abuse any features including leaderboards and multiplayer systems.

3. Accounts

You may create an account using Google or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. One account per person.

4. Content

All crossword puzzles, clues, and associated content are the intellectual property of Crossword Capital / Rhubarb Press Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including use of automated tools or manipulation of leaderboard results.
